Vapour Plume Ignition Training

Upon completion of this course, the learner should be able to assume a role in responding to a vapour plume release, including site assessment, strategy development, and plume ignition.

• Field practical exercise
• Various ignition devices
• Safe use of flare guns

• The practical exercise portion of this course is delivered at our Genesee Ignition Training Facility. Students are required to provide their own transportation to site
• Participants must successfully demonstrate practical skills and complete the theoretical examination with a minimum score of 80%
• Upon successful completion of this course, a certificate that does not expire will be available to print
