External Auditor Application: Certified Health and Safety Auditor Program

This application is for those intending to conduct internal and / or external maintenance audits for their employer company.

 

Requirements

The following requirements must be met before applicants can complete this form:

  • Completion of the Common Safety Orientation or Petroleum Safety Training course
  • Completion of an approved safety designation, or a certificate, diploma or degree from an approved OH&S program of 300 hours duration
  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in the past 10 years practicing health and safety in a full-time position
