The Line of Fire (LOF) Program gives companies a full set of tools to identify, control and learn from high-energy hazards—situations where a worker could be struck, crushed or caught by moving objects, pressure releases or stored energy.

Are you in the line of fire?

Line of Fire incidents remain one of the top causes of serious injury and death.

Many of these incidents happen during routine work — moving equipment, isolating energy, or handling materials. This program helps organizations:

  • Recognize and control high-energy hazards
  • Understand the difference between high- and low-energy tasks
  • Apply the right safeguards before work begins
  • Learn from close calls and near misses — not blame them

This program is ready to use and fully customizable. It’s especially valuable for small and mid-size companies building or improving their health and safety systems.
